Natural Convection Laboratory Incubator, 37L, 115V
Natural convection, also known as “free convection,” is a mechanism of mass and heat transportation in which the movement of heat is generated only by density differences across the temperature gradient, not by any external source (like a pump, fan, suction device, etc.). In short, hot air rises. Because they do not use an external source, natural convection incubators minimize disturbances to the items inside the incubator. This type of heat is gentle on the samples inside the incubator. Natural convection is the most budget-friendly option, and is the best option to be 100% sure samples don’t dry out.
