The DS1104Z-S Plus is a high quality 4 channel 100 MHz oscilloscope with a 1G Sa/s real time sampling rate. Since it is an “S” model, it comes with a built in 2 channel 25 MHz signal generator. This scope also includes a 7” WVGA intensity graded color display for easy viewing. The DS1104Z-S Plus features an easily accessible source control button and 4 easy to access analog channel ports. With an industry leading 12 Mpts memory (upgradeable to 24 Mpts) and a waveform capture rate of up to 30,000 wfms/s, the DS1104Z-S Plus is a great solution for nearly any application.

What makes the “Plus” so special?

The new Rigol DS1104Z-S Plus now features a digital logic connection next to the USB port. Simply by purchasing the MSO Upgrade Package, users will now have the equivalent of Rigol’s MSO scopes. This connection allows users to unlock an additional 16 digital channels on their oscilloscope.

What does the “S” Mean?

On all -S models in the DS1000Z series, Rigol has added a built in 2 channel 25MHz waveform generator.
UltraVision
Rigol’s innovative UltraVision technology provides a deeper memory depth of 12Mpts standard and is upgradeable to 24 Mpts (with purchase of MEM-DS1000Z). The DS1104Z-S Plus also provides the ability to quickly focus in on certain piece of a recorded waveform.
Full Visibility
The large 7″ display of the DS1104Z-S Plus, with a resolution of 800 X 480 pixels makes it possible to view all channels on a single screen. This makes for better usability and more efficient analysis.
Ultra-fast Sampling Rate
Rigol has given the DS1000z series the ability to capture up to 30,000 waveform per second. This coupled with the 12 Mpts of memory and sampling rate of 1 GS/s makes this a great oscilloscope for nearly any application.
Optional Waveform Recording
Rigol has made recording waveforms an accessible option for all users with the simple purchase of the DS1000Z-REC software option. This allows users to go back and analyze previous data.
Multi-Level Intensity Graded Display
This feature provides users the ability to focus in and visually detect event frequency over time.
Advanced Triggering Options
Adding to the flexibility of the DS1000Z line up, Rigol has added the option to purchase and advance triggering feature. This includes triggering options such RS232/URAT, I2C, SPI, Runt, Windows, Nth Edge, Delay, Time Out. This option can be purchased under product number AT-DS1000Z.
Serial Bus Analysis Options
By purchasing the SA-DS1000Z Serial Bus Analysis Option, users can examine, decode and view RS232/URAT, I2C, SPI.
Advanced Signal Calculations
Rigol has integrated an advanced system of formulas designed to resolve complex signal calculations.
Mask Test Function
This test function allows user to test a signal on a pass or fail basis allowing for easy troubleshooting in many applications.
Automatic Measurement Parameters
The DS1000Z series of oscilloscopes is capable of automatically measuring and recording within 5 set parameters. It will also produce a statistical analysis of each set parameter.
